How do I change or cancel my order?

We can cancel the order for you if you contact usin time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the products.

When will I receive my order?

For orders ship to United States, it takes 10-18 business days.
For orders ship to US territories, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, it takes 15-25 business days.

Why do I only receive part of my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Items which have inventory will be shipped first. You can log into your Account to check the shipping status and tracking number for each of item in your order.

If all the packages are all delivered and you believe there is item/items missing, please Contact Us.
