Location we ship to
Currently, TOPIY ships to the continental U.S. Canda and Australia, and does not offer to ship to other countries.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Producing Time + Shipping Time
Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped in 3-5 businessdays of order confirmation/payment.
Transit Time
- It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.
- We provide standard shipping services for all orders.Shipping time varies by region/logistics, but it takes an average of 8-14 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Note: For orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska, the transportation time maybe delayed, which takes about 10-20 working days.
Shipping Cost
Standard: The shipping cost is US$6.99 for orders less than US$40.
Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders ≥ US$40.
Tracking
- After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For the order needs to query the logistics information, you can query through the following website: https://t.17track.net/en.
- You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
- We may ship your order with separate packages, items which have inventory will be shipped first.
- Your tracking number may take 1-3 days to become active from shipping date. If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us.
Delivery Delay
Recently, there will be some delay in delivery due to force majeure. Your understanding and patience are much appreciated. We will keep tracking the shipping status. If you have any other concerns, just let us know. If your order is urgent, pls contact us directly services@topiy.com.
If the order is delayed for more than 12 days, we will refund the freight to the customer.
